Preconception & pregnancy care

We're with you from the moment you start planning a pregnancy until the ninth month. We follow your health throughout, using up-to-date monitoring and ultrasound, check your baby in detail at every stage, and explain what we see in plain words. Common questions

When should I start pregnancy follow-up?

Ideally between weeks 6 and 8, to confirm where the pregnancy is, check the heartbeat and date it. If you're planning a pregnancy, a preconception visit is even better.

Is ultrasound safe for the baby?

Yes. Ultrasound uses sound waves, not radiation, and has been part of pregnancy care worldwide for decades.

What does the baby "engaging" mean?

It's when the baby's head moves down into the pelvis, getting ready for birth — usually in the last weeks. We check it in month nine to see how ready you are for a natural birth.
